At Intellistream, we are committed to transparency regarding how your data is handled when using our proxy
services. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used to power the "Machine Intuition"
platform.
1. Data We Collect
To provide high-quality strategic insights and manage system resources, we log the following data when you use
the Intellistream Proxy:
- Inference Data: We log the text/prompts sent to LLM providers (Groq, Gemini) and the
resulting responses. This is used specifically to refine the "Machine Intuition" models and provide context
for past meetings.
- Usage Metrics: We track token counts (input and output), models used, and the provider used
for each request.
- Speech Data: We log the duration of real-time speech-to-text sessions. Note: We do
not store raw audio files on our servers after the transcription is complete.
- Technical Metadata: We log IP addresses, request durations, and status codes for security
and rate-limiting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Service Improvement: Analysis of prompts and responses helps us tune the strategic "pulse"
of the AI.
- Usage Tracking: To enforce daily limits and provide you with usage trends in your
dashboard.
- Security: To prevent abuse and ensure system stability.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with our infrastructure providers (Google Cloud,
Neon DB) as necessary to run the service and with LLM providers (Groq, Google) to process your requests.
4. Your Controls
You can view your usage trends and active API keys via the Intellistream Dashboard. If you wish to delete your
account and associated logs, please contact us via the support channels in the client application.
